MENU

FRIED CHICKEN

Homemade Fried Chicken, seasoned and marinated overnight with various spices, covered with all-purpose floor and deep-fried in canola oil.

Served with your choice of sides:
Mac n Cheese
Collard Greens
Cole Slaw
Dinner Rolls

SLOW-BRAISED BEEF

Slow-braised beef, seasoned and tenderized overnight with your choice of beef cut, placed in slow cooker braising pan for 3-5 hours and served with your choice of sides:

Your style of potato
Your choice of veggies

SMOTHERED CHICKEN

Baked chicken with your choice of cuts - start by baking chicken for 45 minutes, then sauté the onions and mushrooms, and then add all three to pan, pouring homemade gravy over bake for an additional 20 minutes!

Served with beans and rice and your choice of vegetables

YELLOW CURRY CHICKEN/BEEF

Chicken or Beef Yellow Curry - start by cubing chicken or beef in pan, adding extra virgin olive oil and cooked till brown, then strain and add coconut milk and curry seasoning - enjoy!

Served with your choice of vegetables and rice

RED VEGETABLE CURRY

Red Vegetable Curry - start by combining coconut milk, red curry seasoning, and your choice of vegetables to a pan, bring to a boil and let stand for 15 minutes - enjoy!

Served over a hot bed of rice

CRISPY OR GRILLED FISH

Crispy fried, or grilled fish - crispy fried fish is battered in tempura with special seasoning and then fried; grilled fish is seared in a cast-iron skillet and served hot.

Served with your choice vegetables and rice

SMOKED BRISKET, TRI-TIP, PORK SHOULDER

Smoked brisket, tri-tip, & pork shoulder - start by a clean and rub of your meats with special rub seasoning, let sit overnight and then begin smoking: tri-tip for 1.5 hours until acquired temperature is met, brisket and pork shoulder for 6-8 hours.

Served with your choice of sides

CAJUN-STYLE JAMBALAYA

Cajun-style jambalaya - start by preparing your meat groups first: Andouille sausage, chicken, pork and shrimp, sauté your three meats separately until fully cooked and add shrimp at the end, combine vegetables and seasonings then slow cook for 30 min, simmer then serve over a bed of hot rice

Served with mini ears of corn on the cob
